SUP OUTDOOR™ (STAND UP PADDLING)
SUP-boarding is an excellent way to train your body and with SUP-board you can go to trips, surf, do yoga or for example play SUP-polo.
You’ll learn SUP-Boarding basics: Safe use, board and paddle handling, get on to board and paddling techniques.
Beginner course lasts for approx. 60min.
SUP OUTDOOR™ PADDLING TRIP
With SUP-paddling trip you’ll get to know the local water and nature.
Trips laps for approx. 90 min / group.
With SUP – Polo you get to compete in relaxing yet challenging ball team game.
Game lasts for approx. 60min.
SUP Fit&Balance™ – class is a new, versatile and effective excersice class which consists muscle, body control, balance, movement and heatbeat raising workouts while paddling or using the water resistance on SUP-board. Compared to normal floor workout the SUP-boarding training enables more efficient workout enviroment: With every move you’ll need to balance your body and use deep muscles to control your stance! Come and experience new and challenging way to workout your body.
